Challenges & Solutions

1. Getting the research and product design done in TWO WEEKS.

  • I used the old app as a reference to analyze its functions and position on the market;

  • I found and used competitor products in particular sections;

  • I combined the industrial trends with specific strategies.

2. Leading a team of four product designers, three UI designers, nine program developers, three testers, and two operators.

  • I put processes in online documents to sync for all;

  • I communicated with every principal administrator to supervise the schedule;

  • I applied my professional skills to improve efficiency.

3. Finding solutions for situations when developments are not meeting deadlines.

  • I analyzed and understood the key reasons for the delay;

  • I requested additional resources from the manager;

  • I cut unnecessary tasks to focus on core loops;

  • I held meetings to inform every member;

  • If I had to put something off, I let the manager know in due time.
