I found and used competitor products in particular sections;
I combined the industrial trends with specific strategies.
2. Leading a team of four product designers, three UI designers, nine program developers, three testers, and two operators.
I put processes in online documents to sync for all;

I applied my professional skills to improve efficiency.
3. Finding solutions for situations when developments are not meeting deadlines.
I analyzed and understood the key reasons for the delay;
I requested additional resources from the manager;
I cut unnecessary tasks to focus on core loops;
I held meetings to inform every member;
If I had to put something off, I let the manager know in due time.
